Job summary

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) invites applications for a full-time role in Vienna. Join the Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team and contribute to society and event management, marketing support, and data administration in a dynamic international setting.

We offer a modern office in central Vienna, flexible hours, potential for remote work 1–2 days per week after training, and a diverse range of tasks with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (C1) – other languages are a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in society or event management is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Society administration: scheduling meetings and supporting the board and committees.
• Support members and participants (administration, correspondence, registration).
• Onsite management of the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
