MiniMed is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Austria to handle calls, emails, and orders from private customers, assisting with order processing, returns, approvals, credit notes, and delivery status. You will maintain documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements include strong German and good English, MS Office and SAP competence, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse – mündlich und schriftlich.
• Guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools und SAP-Produkten.
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Sozialkompetenz sowie der Wille Herausforderungen gemeinsam als Team zu meistern.
• Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsgeschick.
• Darüber freuen wir uns Erfahrung im Customer Service / Kundenbetreuung, gerne im Gesundheitswesen.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and orders from private customers independently and professionally.
• Support customers with creation and inquiries related to orders, returns, approvals, credit notes, and delivery status.
• Provide high-quality telephone support with a strong customer service mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely processing of customer requests and Health insurance invoicing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up of all customer interactions in the relevant systems to support and continuously improve service quality.
