Zusammenfassung

Belimed AG has an opening for a Service Support Representative to assist the service operations team in Austria. You will coordinate field resources and deliver excellent customer service to Belimed customers.

Key tasks include receiving trouble calls, providing first-level technical support, coordinating on-site dispatch, and updating SAP with contract and maintenance information. This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility to support weekends when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of product technical support or customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Receive and evaluate trouble calls from customers and field personnel by phone and email.
• Provide first-level technical support and assist with issue identification and resolution.
• Escalate complex service issues to technical support and coordinate on-site dispatch when needed.
• Prepare quotes and collect purchase orders for service calls; update SAP with service activity.
• Maintain field technicians’ schedules and inform customers about service and maintenance timelines.
