Zusammenfassung

MiniMed seeks a Customer Service Agent for a fixed-term contract through December 2027 in Vienna, Austria, with a flexible 40% office and 60% home-office arrangement after onboarding. You will handle inbound calls, emails and orders from private customers, support with order-related inquiries, and provide high-quality service while collaborating with internal teams on processes and invoicing.

Requirements include a commercial qualification, very good German and good English, plus strong MS

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse – mündlich und schriftlich.
• Guter Umgang mit MS-Office Tools und SAP-Produkten.

Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen, Telefonaten und Bestellungen.
• Prüfung von Lieferstatus und Unterstützung bei Klärung offener Punkte zu Bestellungen.
• Erstellung interner Tickets zur Service Verbesserung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessen.

About The Role

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and orders from private customers independently and professionally
• Support customers with creation and inquiries related to orders, returns, approvals, credit notes, and delivery status
• Provide high-quality telephone support with a strong customer service mindset and a solution-oriented approach
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely processing of customer requests and Health insurance invoicing
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up of all customer interactions in the relevant systems to support and continuously improve service quality

Ein Tag im Leben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen, Telefonaten und Bestellungen. Zb. Prüfung von Lieferstatus und Unterstützung bei der Klärung offener Punkte zu Bestellungen. Erstellung internen Tickets zur Service Verbesserung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, auch Optimierung und Mitgestaltung von internen Prozessen, zur Steigerung der Teameffizienz
• Pflege von Kunden und Auftragsdaten
• Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben und der Integration von neuen Tools

Das ist uns wichtig

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse – mündlich und schriftlich
• Guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Tools und SAP-Produkten
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Sozialkompetenz sowie der Wille Herausforderungen gemeinsam als Team zu meistern

Jahreszieleinkommen: ab € 30.400 mit der Bereitschaft zur marktgerechten Überzahlung – abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
