Zusammenfassung

Maersk H2S Safety Services Group seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor for a temporary night-shift project in Austria (21 December 2026 – 10 January 2027, subject to change). You will lead HSE supervision on site, coordinate confined space operations, and deliver toolbox talks to the team.

Responsibilities include monitoring PTW and LOTO, overseeing high-risk activities, ensuring contractor HSE compliance, and supporting incident investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in heavy industry, steel, metallurgical, oil & gas, mining or similar sectors.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Good knowledge of PTW and industrial safety practices.
• German and/or Italian language skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead HSE supervision of night shift activities.
• Coordinate confined space operations and rescue/watchman personnel.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inspections and audits.
• Monitor PTW, LOTO and critical safety procedure compliance.
• Oversee high-risk activities, including confined space entry, hot work and lifting operations.
• Monitor contractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Support incident investigations and emergency response activities.
• Coordinate with site management, contractors and client representatives.
