Arvato is seeking an HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d) in Austria to lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives across warehousing and data centre operations. You will implement compliance with Austrian legislation, perform risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture while partnering with local teams.

The role requires strong HSSE/EHS background in logistics or similar environments, good English communication, and a proactive, structured approach to safety.

Qualifikationen

• Must have HSSE/EHS experience in logistics, industrial, construction or data centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations.

Aufgaben

• Implement and monitor HSSE compliance with Austrian law, internal standards, and client requirements across warehouses and data centres.
• Conduct site inspections, safety walks, audits; perform risk assessments; follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee safety in logistics operations including material handling, loading, transport, and contractor management.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training; foster an open safety culture with continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; track KPIs; develop action plans for HSSE improvements.
