Zusammenfassung

Maersk H2S Safety Services Group seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor for a temporary night-shift project in Austria (21 December 2026 – 10 January 2027, subject to change). You will lead HSE supervision on site, coordinate confined space operations, and deliver toolbox talks to the team.

Responsibilities include monitoring PTW and LOTO, overseeing high-risk activities, ensuring contractor HSE compliance, and supporting incident investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in heavy industry, steel, metallurgical, oil & gas, mining or similar sectors.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Good knowledge of PTW and industrial safety practices.
• German and/or Italian language skills are an advantage.

Schedule:

Night Shift | Up to 10 hours/day | Up to 6 days/week

Valid A1 Certificate (covering the assignment period in Austria) or Austrian work authorization (preferred)

• Legal right to work within the EU

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred

• Valid A1 Certificate or Austrian work authorization
• Steel plant or heavy industry experience
• Shutdown, revamping or commissioning experience
• Confined space and rescue coordination experience
• Previous project experience in Austria or Germany
