We are seeking an HSSE Coordinator to drive safety culture in Austrian warehouse and data centre operations. You will implement Austrian regulations, conduct audits, train teams and lead incident investigations, contributing to a safe, sustainable and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Relevant HSSE/EHS experience in logistics, industrial, construction or data centre environments.
• Solid knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations.
• Very good English skills, written and spoken, for an international environment.
• Structured, communicative and proactive with a collaborative safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring HSSE compliance across warehouse and data centre operations.
• Audits, site inspections and risk assessments with effective follow-up of actions.
• Oversee safety in logistics operations including material handling and contractor management.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; track KPIs and drive corrective actions.

• Ensuring HSSE Compliance:You implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards and client requirements across warehouse and data centre operations, ensuring clarity and reliability in all processes.
• Audits & Risk Management:Conduct site inspections, safety walks and audits, perform risk assessments and ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Operational Safety Coordination:Oversee safety aspects in logistics operations such as material handling, loading activities, transport processes and contractor management in dynamic environments.
• Training & Safety Culture:Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions while fostering an open, learning-oriented safety culture where continuous improvement is encouraged.
• Incident Management & Reporting:Investigate incidents and near misses, track KPIs and develop action plans, ensuring transparency and measurable progress in HSSE performance.

Qualifications

• Professional Qualification:Completed technical education or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Logistics, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience:You bring relevant experience in HSSE/EHS within logistics, industrial, construction or data centre environments.
• Technical Expertise:Solid knowledge of risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and Austrian regulations combined with a hands‑on approach.
• Language Skills:You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Personal Strengths:You are structured, communicative and proactive, take responsibility for your actions and inspire others to contribute to a strong and collaborative safety culture.

Additional Information

The starting salary for this position is €46,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
