RHI Magnesita is seeking a hybrid, full-time professional in Leoben (Austria) or Vienna to lead technical marketing and business development for the recycling portfolio. You will interface with MIRECO, drive opportunities, and support circular economy expansion across industries, with ~30% travel.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Sourcing, Operations, and R&D to combine technical, commercial, and sustainability perspectives. English advanced, German fluent.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Recycling, Metallurgy, Environmental Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Few years of experience in technical marketing, business development, sourcing, recycling, or a related industrial environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of refractory products and recycling technologies is an advantage
• Good understanding of commercial and market dynamics

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop joint business opportunities between RHIM and MIRECO.
• Evaluate customer opportunities and market potential from a combined RHIM & MIRECO perspective
• Monitor market developments, customer investments, and kiln revamps to identify sourcing and growth opportunities
• Conduct market and business analyses for recycling solutions
• Support the development of new recycling sources
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to identify new applications for recycling materials and innovative recovery technologies
