Aristo Group in Vienna and Munich seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant and Recruiter to bridge clients and candidates in the Life Science sector. You will perform initial outreach, source candidates, and guide interviews by phone or video.

You will build expertise in Life Science, nurture long-term client relationships, and drive a hybrid, international work model with strong negotiation and teamwork. The role includes uncapped commission and a base salary from 45,000 EUR.

Your mission

• 360° Recruitment: You will work as both a Sales Consultant and Recruiter, serving as the link between clients and candidates. As a Sales Consultant, you will introduce potential clients to Aristo and our services during your initial telephone outreach. As a Recruiter, you will identify suitable candidates, present them to your clients, lead interviews by phone or video, and remain their key point of contact after placement.
• You will become an expert in your market within the Life Science field and independently develop your expertise in this area.
• You will begin your path to success in a hybrid model between Vienna and Munich.
• You will maintain and expand your candidate network, build relationships with skilled professionals and executives, and exchange ideas about current developments and trends in Life Science.
• You will communicate with managers at national and international companies as a peer, with the goal of building long-term client relationships.

Your profile

• You already have experience in sales or another field involving intensive client contact.
• You have a completed university degree, vocational training with initial professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
