Zusammenfassung

Axpo is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management consultant to support our HR modernization program as part of Axpo's Digital Transformation. You will implement, configure, and maintain SAP Payroll and Time Management with a focus on Swiss payroll and integration with finance.

The role requires hands-on configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing support across project phases. Hybrid work with international collaboration is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules, including customization of tables, features, schemas and PCRs, functions, transactions and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration tools such as PCC, Wage Types, and PCR.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in Payroll and Time Management modules is preferred.
• Familiarity with other SAP products, such as SAP ERP or SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is desirable but not essential.
• Experience integrating SAP Payroll with external systems (e.g., time and attendance) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of German and English.

• Perform RCA and Analysis and deliver 2nd level support as part of the business operations.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features, new releases, and best practices.
• Implement SAP OSS notes and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll and Time Management with other modules such as finance.
• Participate in related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and migrations.

Workload: 80-100% | Baden We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management consultant to support our HR modernization program as part of Axpo's Digital Transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP payroll and time, so a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management along with strong problem-solving skills is essential.

Technical Proficiency in SAP Payroll and Time Management is critical for this role. Experience with Swiss payroll is a significant advantage.
