As a Hospitality Agent Front Office at The Cloud One Hotels, you embody the crucial role of being the initial point of contact for our guests, setting the tone with your appearance, whether it's extending a warm welcome at the reception or providing assistance over the phone from the front desk. • Guiding and supporting our guests seamlessly from check-in to check-out
• Enriching guest experiences by sharing insights and tips about the city and its surrounding areas
• Engaging in effective communication with guests via phone and email, adeptly managing reservation inquiries and navigating through overbooking situations and alternative options
• Handling invoices, including cost coverage management, cash handling, and settlement procedures
• Organizational and administrative responsibilities across both the front and back-office areas
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
