Job summary

Wwshemi seeks a GTM Engineer to own and scale our outbound email engine. You will manage deliverability, warmup, and inbox placement while writing persuasive cold copy and building data-driven campaigns.

You’ll work with Smartlead/Instantly and a modern MarTech stack to optimize send times, targeting, and conversions. Fluent German and English are required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years building and operating high-volume email outreach infra.
• Hands-on experience managing dozens/hundreds of mailboxes and domains.
• Expert knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce management, list hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate high-volume email infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes.
• Manage deliverability, including domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, warmup, bounce hygiene, inbox placement.
• Write and test human-sounding cold email copy with personalization.
• Build prospect lists and maintain data quality for outbound campaigns.
• Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting to improve conversions.
• Manage outbound workflows using MarTech and CRM tools like Smartlead or Instantly.
• Analyze campaign results and share insights that support sales pipeline growth.
