Job summary

AVILOO Battery Diagnostics seeks an Go-To-Market AI Operations Lead to bring AI into Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You will own the AI roadmap, act as product owner for internal AI tools, and partner with the AI team to translate commercial needs into concrete specifications.

You will collaborate with Commercial Operations to ensure data is clean and actionable, define KPIs, and oversee rollout and adoption across the field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or marketing operations, product management or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools in a business context.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer success workflows across the full funnel.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the AI roadmap for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Act as product owner for in-house commercial AI tools across the funnel.
• Translate commercial needs into clear specifications for AI team.
