AVILOO Battery Diagnostics is seeking an Go-To-Market AI Operations Lead. You will own the AI roadmap for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and act as product owner for our in-house AI tools.

You will translate commercial needs into concrete requirements and coordinate with the AI team to deliver practical, field-tested solutions. You will define interfaces, ensure data quality in Salesforce and related systems, and drive rollout and adoption.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in revenue, sales or marketing operations, product management or consulting in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools in business context.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AI roadmap for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Act as product owner for in-house commercial AI tools across the funnel.
• Translate commercial needs into clear specifications for AI solutions.
• Define interfaces between tools, teams and data for integrated AI workflows.
• Onboard and train sales reps, marketers and customer success managers; collect field feedback.
