Zusammenfassung

Cryptonow Austria, part of the Cryptonow Group, seeks a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across Europe, build decentralized customer operations teams in 10+ countries, and ensure regulatory compliance during expansion.

The COO will oversee recruitment, training, and day-to-day execution of services on our Crypto Brokerage Platform and Crypto Voucher Cards, delivering exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with the executive team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in COO or senior operations roles, ideally within startups or high-growth contexts.
• Experience building and leading decentralized customer support teams across multiple countries and languages.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within financial services.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead EU customer operations from the ground up across 10+ countries with multilingual capabilities.
• Develop and execute strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of customer operations staff; manage mid-office and regulatory compliance.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery of crypto platform services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement company-wide strategic initiatives and growth plans.
