Job summary

ShopFully is seeking a growth-minded Product Leader to own Marketplace MAU growth end to end across markets. You will lead a pod of engineers and designers, driving acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation while aligning performance marketing with product-led retention strategies.

The role requires data fluency, multi-market experience, and a proven track record in app growth. You will collaborate across Growth, Data and Design teams in a global, distributed environment with English

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mobile product management and growth engineering.
• Proven track record in driving MAU, activation and retention metrics.
• Full-funnel ownership including paid acquisition and in-app retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth funnel for marketplaces: paid and organic acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Lead a Product Builder pod (engineering + design) with end-to-end accountability.
• Scale successful features across multiple markets and localizations.
• Manage additional acquisition channels beyond paid (messaging, ASO, partnerships).
• Connect growth efforts to monetization with cross-team collaboration.
• Run experimentation as a system with cohort analysis and A/B testing cadence.
