Journi GmbH is seeking a Growth Lead, Mobile App in Vienna to own the app’s growth engine from zero. You will drive GTM, paid acquisition, creative strategy, audience testing, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and App Store optimization in a fast, small-team setting.

You’ll work with the PM and UI/UX designer, analyze cohort/LTV data, and iterate quickly. English fluency is required; German is a plus. Hybrid work in Vienna with relocation possible.

Qualificações

• 4 to 8 years in growth or performance marketing for consumer mobile apps.
• Experience taking an app from launch or near-zero to meaningful scale.
• Ability to work with multiple channels such as Influencer Marketing, Social Ads, referrals, PR, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Own the go-to-market of the new app end to end: positioning, launch plan, channel strategy and user growth to 100k+ users.
• Build and run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and Google with budget ownership and CAC targets.
• Design onboarding, lifecycle and CRM flows (push, email, in-app) in collaboration with the CRM team.
• Coordinate with product and design on marketing, referrals, and App Store optimization.
• Set up attribution and reporting to measure every euro spent and every experiment.
