Bybit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end App user experience and set standards for product design across touchpoints. You will lead user-facing design for innovative trading products and define segmentation and conversion strategies to boost engagement and activity.

The role emphasizes localization for European markets, ensuring regulatory alignment (MiCA, GDPR) and user-centric flows across multiple EU regions. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of user-facing product experience, fintech or trading background preferred.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution.
• Platform-level thinking to build scalable standards.
• Localization for multi-market European products and i18n workflows.
• Data-informed decision making and conversion optimization.
• Strong cross-functional communication and independent execution.
• Familiarity with MiCA, GDPR and compliant UX.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end App user experience and drive improvements in user journey fluency.
• Establish app-wide product experience standards and design guidelines.
• Lead user-facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI-powered trading).
• Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products.
• Own localization strategy for European markets across EU regions.
