Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Austria seeks an Assistant Manager who blends fashion insight with store operations and people leadership. You will drive sales through analysis, customer service, and efficient opening/closing routines while developing the team and executing floorset updates.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and payroll, build visual displays, and ensure brand standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe in promoting from within, this role offers growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer-facing roles.
CEFR B2 in English and German required.
Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
Train and develop the non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
