Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership.

The role drives sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service while overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing routines, payroll, and stock control. You will lead recruiting, training and development, coach non-management staff, and ensure brand standards through product knowledge and visual presentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required.
Maintain a strong customer focus.
Knowledge of current fashion trends.
Drive to achieve results and strong work ethic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team building and ability to coach others.
Take initiative and demonstrate confidence.
Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
Build and maintain visual displays.
Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
Fulfill Omni Channel Orders.
Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
