Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Austria seeks an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership.

You will drive sales by analyzing the business, overseeing opening/closing routines, and delivering best-in-class customer service while applying product knowledge and visual merchandising. The role develops talent, from recruitment and training to engagement, with a promote-from-within ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and German.
• Strong customer focus and interest in current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and build teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
