AGRANA Group in Vienna seeks a Global Workforce Intelligence Expert to shape the global HR analytics strategy and governance. You will integrate HR and financial data, drive workforce cost planning, and deliver actionable insights for executives and HR partners.

The role requires 5–8 years in global HR analytics with SAP HCM/Workday experience, plus strong Excel and BI skills. A Master’s degree and fluent English are expected, with German as a plus. Hybrid work and Austria-based focus offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.
• Master’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Strong capability in statistics, KPI reporting and variance analysis.

• Shape the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap and governance.
• Develop strategic workforce planning aligned with business goals.
• Lead global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning.
• Deliver dashboards and insights for executives and HR partners.

• Advance digital transformation with SAP, Workday, and BI tools.
• Mentor and develop a global analytics community.
