Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering in an international environment.
• Strong financial judgement with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify key drivers.
• Clear, concise communication with senior decision-makers across functions and geographies.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning with governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting with KPI dashboards and executive commentary.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow developments; provide actionable insights to CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial developments into concise messages and recommendations.
• Improve reporting structures, automation, and data flows across the division.
