AGRANA is seeking a Procurement Process Expert – SAP MM & Analytics to join the Vienna team. You will drive the implementation and rollout of procurement processes across sites, focusing on SAP MM, data quality and analytics.

You will lead process projects, develop KPIs, and collaborate with IT and procurement colleagues across Europe. Fluency in German and English, strong MS Excel skills, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM and experience in rollout projects.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency.
• German and English at business fluent level.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Implement and rollout SAP MM procurement processes across sites (remote and on-site).
• Analyze existing procurement processes and support standardisation efforts.
• Develop KPIs, monitoring and reporting for the request-to-pay process.
• Improve SAP MM data quality for reliable procurement analytics.
• Manage cross-group procurement projects and coordinate stakeholders.
