DO & CO in Vienna is seeking a Staff Travel Coordinator to join our experienced travel team. You will arrange flights, hotels and other transportation for employees and groups, ensuring seamless travel experiences aligned with project plans.

Requirements include commercial education in travel or hospitality, 2-3 years in travel, excellent German and English communication, and strong data management skills. The role is on-site in Vienna with a competitive starting gross monthly salary.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in German and English.
• Capacity to manage large amounts of itineraries, invoices and payments.
• Experience in travel industry is preferred but not required for all roles.

Aufgaben

• Book and manage travel arrangements for individual employees and groups (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.).
• Coordinate with departments on destination, transport modes, dates, budgets and accommodations.
• Handle travel issues, complaints or refunds as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, calls and meetings.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure travel meets project plans.
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices.
