Job summary

Qualifications
- Commercial qualification in logistics/shipping preferred.
- Strong organisation and hands-on approach required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with team, customers and partners.
- German fluent, English as a given, additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch transports in general cargo and full loads.
- Coordinate drivers, customers and partners.
- Monitor transport workflows and proactively solve problems.
- Assist with price negotiations and ongoing workflow quality improvements.
- Support customs clearance and transport processes.
- Contribute to developing internal processes.
