Job summary

TRAUSSNIG Spedition GmbH in Austria is seeking a logistics professional to plan and dispatch transports while coordinating drivers, customers and partners. You will act as the central contact for transport-related questions and proactively resolve day-to-day issues.

The role requires a commercial qualification in logistics, excellent communication in German and English, and a hands-on, flexible attitude. A stable, family-run environment with opportunities for professional development is offered,

• Commercial qualification in logistics is preferred
• Strong organisational and hands-on approach is essential

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch transports across general cargo and full loads
• Coordinate drivers, customers and partners
• Serve as the central contact for transport-related questions
• Monitor transport workflows and actively solve day-to-day issues
• Negotiate prices and continuously optimise workflows and quality
• Assist with customs clearance and transport processes
• Help shape and develop internal processes

Your profile

• A commercial qualification, ideally in logistics or with a shipping company

• Very good German, English as a matter of course, further languages an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and an openness to digital tools
• Flexibility, resilience and enjoyment of changing challenges
• Experience in international transport an advantage, but not a must

We offer an attractive salary for this position that reflects your qualifications and experience (starting at EUR 2,738 gross per month). For legal reasons, we wish to point out that the position is classified as B I under the collective agreement for shipping companies.
