Job summary

TRAUSSNIG Spedition GmbH in Austria is seeking a logistics professional to plan and coordinate international transports, monitor workflows, and support customs clearance. The role offers a stable, family-run environment with flat hierarchies and long-term focus.

The ideal candidate has a commercial logistics qualification, excellent organisation and communication skills, and fluency in German with English as standard. A smartphone and potential home-office option after induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Commercial qualification in logistics/shipping preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with team, customers and partners.
• German fluent, English as a given, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch transports in general cargo and full loads.
• Coordinate drivers, customers and partners.
• Monitor transport workflows and proactively solve problems.
• Assist with price negotiations and ongoing workflow quality improvements.
• Support customs clearance and transport processes.
• Contribute to developing internal processes.

Your profile

• A commercial qualification, ideally in logistics or with a shipping company
• A pronounced talent for organisation and a hands-on mentality
• Very good communication skills within the team and with customers and partners
• Very good German, English as a matter of course, further languages an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and an openness to digital tools
• Flexibility, resilience and enjoyment of changing challenges
• Experience in international transport an advantage, but not a must

We offer an attractive salary for this position that reflects your qualifications and experience (starting at EUR 2,738 gross per month). For legal reasons, we wish to point out that the position is classified as B I under the collective agreement for shipping companies.
