Responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch transports across general cargo and full loads
- Coordinate drivers, customers and partners
- Serve as the central contact for transport-related questions
- Monitor transport workflows and actively solve day-to-day issues
- Negotiate prices and continuously optimise workflows and quality
- Assist with customs clearance and transport processes
- Help shape and develop internal processes
