Job summary

ALPLA inject is seeking a senior leader to steer the global technics organization, shape strategy, governance, and standards, and drive performance targets across all technical functions. You will oversee project management, translate customer requirements into innovative, cost-efficient packaging solutions, and lead a global mold supply chain with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in injection molding or tooling.
• Experience leading global or international teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and budgets.
• Strong techno-commercial understanding balancing feasibility, cost, quality, timing.
• Experience with supplier management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global technics organization, defining strategy and standards.
• Drive technical solutioning and customer offer development.
• Oversee global project management and execution.
• Lead Design & Application Engineering translating requirements into packaging solutions.
• Manage the global mold supply chain, ensuring quality, cost, capacity and delivery.
• Strengthen internal mold shop network with standardization and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business performance through cost management and investments.
• Build and lead high-performing global teams and foster collaboration.
