Octapharma Austria is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, with Kinaxis at the core. You will bridge business needs and IT capabilities across the organization, contributing to continuous improvement and project delivery.

This role is based in Vienna, Austria with relocation support to Vienna; 100% office-based. Fluent English required; German is a plus. You will lead Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and manage external consultants.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro.
• Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style.

Aufgaben

• Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
• Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
• Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
• Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
• Managing and coordinating external consultants
