Zusammenfassung

Belimed AG in Austria is seeking a National Service Technician to install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Belimed systems, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

You will troubleshoot issues, provide first-line technical support by phone, and work with SAP/FSM documentation, ensuring accurate records and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 100% to labs and pharma facilities may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 3 - 5 years Technical Support experience or Customer Service experience.
• Experience in interpretation and modification of blueprints, technical literature/drawings and CAD drawings required.
• Capital equipment installation experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting steam, water and pneumatic process control and PLC systems.
• Experience working in the Biotech / GMP field is preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification in Construction Safety is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical and customer-facing situations.
• Ability to travel to customer sites that may involve overnight stays and up to 100% travel.
