Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles.

Aufgaben

• Drive high‑impact strategic and transformation projects across AT&S’ global business areas.
• Shape the future of the semiconductor ecosystem by working on IC substrates, advanced packaging, and AI‑driven electronics.
• Act as an internal management consultant: structure complex challenges, design strategies, and lead implementation to deliver measurable business results.
• Work on global, cross‑functional initiatives spanning innovation, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and technology‑driven growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and international teams across Austria, China, India, Malaysia, and beyond.
• Apply advanced analytics and GenAI tools to elevate problem‑solving, scenario modeling, and decision support.
• Gain deep technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and high‑end substrate technologies while driving strategic change.
