INNIO is seeking a Senior Performance & Governance Manager – Service Contracts to drive transparency, performance, and governance across its global LSA portfolio. You will translate operational and financial data into actionable insights, standardized reporting, and clear governance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience analyzing complex operational and financial data and translating it into management-ready insights.
• Proven track record in building KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting structures, and governance processes.
• Experience working in a global, matrix-based organisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership experience is beneficial; strong cross-functional influencing skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyze the performance of INNIO’s global LSA portfolio using defined KPIs.
• Establish and maintain standardized reporting structures to ensure transparency across regions.
• Develop, implement, and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports covering portfolio performance, profitability, cost development, risks, and compliance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with reliable data.
• Ensure adherence to DoA and governance requirements and contract reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the LSA portfolio and propose corrective actions.
• Promote best-practice processes across regions for consistency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Service Leadership, Controlling, and regional managers to enable informed decisions.
