INNIO is seeking a senior professional to join our Service Contracts team, driving cross-functional projects and strategic priorities. You will act as a senior problem-solver and change driver, collaborating with Directors and VP-level leadership to improve execution speed and outcomes.

The role requires extensive stakeholder management, operational rigor, and a hands-on mindset, with travel up to 30% as needed to support priorities and engagement across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in process excellence or transformation.
• Proven track record in cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our high-impact Service Contracts team who will drive critical initiatives that improve execution speed, business outcomes, and sustainable growth across the service contract management organization.

In this role you will act as a senior problem-solver and change driver, leading cross-functional task-force activities to address performance gaps, accelerate implementation, and support Service Leadership in delivering strategic priorities. The role is ideal for a strong execution-focused person who combines operational rigor, stakeholder management, and a hands‑on mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and execute cross-functional projects and priority initiatives across the service contract management organization assigned by the Director – Contract Management and Senior Services leadership
• Partner with senior contract management leadership to support and implement key strategic and operational priorities
• Operationalize initiatives that enable Services growth, support new Service products, and improve margins across the Service Contracts organization
• Lead targeted cross-functional initiatives that further strengthen the control and governance framework within the Service Contracts environment
• Validate business cases, prepare management-ready analyses, and actively support monthly service reviews with clear updates on progress, results, risks, and next steps
• Communicate initiative achievements and outcomes to VP-level management

Your Profile

• Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in process excellence, business process management, operations, commercial operations, service contract management or transformation roles
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong experience in change management, stakeholder alignment and implementation of sustainable process improvements
• Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable
• Leadership experience in projects, programs or functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
• Strong analytical skills and communication competence, profound Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% as needed in support of business priorities and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage
