INNIO is seeking a senior professional to join our Service Contracts team, driving cross-functional projects and strategic priorities. You will act as a senior problem-solver and change driver, collaborating with Directors and VP-level leadership to improve execution speed and outcomes.

The role requires extensive stakeholder management, operational rigor, and a hands-on mindset, with travel up to 30% as needed to support priorities and engagement across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in process excellence or transformation.
• Proven track record in cross-functional process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Experience in an international matrix organization is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Drive and execute cross-functional projects and priority initiatives across the service contract management organization.
• Partner with senior leadership to support and implement key strategic priorities.
• Operationalize initiatives that enable services growth and improve margins.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance in Service Contracts.
• Validate business cases and support monthly service reviews with progress updates.
• Communicate achievements and outcomes to VP-level management.
