Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs that deliver operational excellence, service enablement, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. The role requires coordinating multiple teams across operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain to ensure scalable delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of program leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in PMO, Agile/Waterfall, and multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance, and execution of complex cross-functional programs.
• Define program objectives, scope, success criteria, and roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across functions to drive successful execution.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive operational readiness, change management, and process improvements.
• Support planning/delivery for data center campus frameworks and related activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, report progress, risks, and achievements to executives.
• Facilitate alignment on priorities and strategic decisions with senior leaders.
• Foster continuous improvement to standardize processes and scale best practices.
