Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs across multiple sites and international teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical initiatives with measurable impact.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP®, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and influence capabilities within matrixed, multicultural organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs across multiple sites and functions to achieve strategic objectives.
• Translate BU strategy into executable program roadmaps to accelerate growth and profitability.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional program teams across Operations, Technology Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Commercial.
• Establish robust program governance, reporting frameworks, risk management processes, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive transformation programs that improve cost, delivery, quality, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals, and portfolio recommendations by assessing market opportunities, technology trends, customer requirements, financial impacts, and resource needs.
• Mentor project and program managers, implement best practices, and improve PM frameworks.
• Manage strategic stakeholder relationships, executive communications, customer engagements, and cross-regional alignment.
