cyan is seeking a seasoned International Sales Leader to own and scale our global B2B sales. You will drive growth across Telco and cybersecurity sectors, manage a high‑value pipeline, and lead a diverse sales team from initial contact to closing.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to build scalable processes, expand global presence, and achieve ambitious targets while traveling internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in international B2B sales.
• Experience closing high-value deals (TCV > EUR 500,000).
• Experience in complex buying environments and tender processes.
• Proven ability to lead and grow sales teams and establish scalable processes.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of international sales activities and drive growth.
• Lead, support and develop the international sales team in day-to-day business.
• Establish clear targets, responsibilities and scalable sales processes.
• Manage the pipeline and improve forecasting.
• Ensure consistent CRM usage.
• Leverage networks to generate new opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Expand presence within the global Telco market and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive key opportunities from initial contact through presentations, proposals and closing.
• Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance).
• Build and develop the global sales organization.
