Zusammenfassung

Sportradar is seeking a detailed Global Payroll Accountant to support payroll accounting activities across the US and Rest of World. You will ensure accurate payroll records, perform reconciliations, and close books monthly while maintaining strict confidentiality.

In this role, you will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external providers, handle multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll accounting or accounting experience with global exposure (US and ROW).
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll and international payroll practices.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end close and audits.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with payroll systems preferred.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and able to work independently across teams.

Aufgaben

• Control workflow to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Prepare internal payroll reports and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
• Assure confidentiality and security of records and information.
• Responsible for month-end tasks including payroll-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and tax compliance for US and ROW.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Support payroll tax, statutory, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll accounting processes and reporting.
