Zusammenfassung

INTECO melting and castingtechnologies GmbH is seeking a Payroll and Accounting Specialist to handle monthly payroll documentation and coordinate payroll for European locations. You’ll act as a contact for employment law, social security, and payroll tax matters, while maintaining master data and payroll records.

You will also support daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, cash management, banking) and general accounting administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial/business education with sound knowledge of payroll accounting.
• Professional experience in accounting and payroll is desirable.
• Knowledge of BMD is an advantage.
• Efficient and independent working style, strong analytical skills, and a high affinity for numbers.
• Very good IT and MS Office skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, commitment, and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly payroll documentation for our tax advisor and coordinate payroll processes for our European locations.
• Serve as point of contact for questions related to employment law, social security, and payroll tax.
• Maintain payroll-related information and employee master data.
• Support day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash management, and banking.
• Handle general administrative tasks within the accounting department.
