Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years paid media or user acquisition experience, agency or consumer app focus.
• Strong hands-on Meta advertising expertise.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to manage seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Excellent analytical and interpretation skills for performance data.
• Strong presentation and client communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.
• Analyze campaign performance and diagnose changes from creative fatigue, audience shifts, or attribution issues.
• Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets, and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and scale client acquisition programs.
• Maintain account hygiene: naming, UTM integrity, QA, documentation, and organization.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
