Job summary

Red Bull in Austria (Elsbethen) seeks an experienced International Customer Service professional to own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for international markets. The role combines O2C ownership, export expertise, and supply chain coordination with a high degree of autonomy and a focus on process improvements.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, manage shipments, and drive digitalization while ensuring compliance and service reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international O2C, export, or supply chain.
• University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office.
• Experience managing complex international supply chain setups.
• Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end O2C process for assigned international markets.
• Oversee order processing, invoicing, credit notes, returns and claims.
• Coordinate transport planning and shipment execution, ensure export compliance.
• Track shipments through delivery and maintain service reliability using BI tools.
• Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries, distribution partners, 3PLs, and internal teams.
• Support training and issue resolution; resolve operational risks across the supply chain.
• Maintain product, pricing, and master data in core systems.
