Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a seasoned O2C & Export Lead to manage end-to-end order-to-cash and export processes for international markets. You will oversee order processing, invoicing, and compliance, coordinating transport and ensuring service reliability through BI-driven insights.

Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams, driving process improvements and automation while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain, preferably FMCG/CPG
• University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office
• Experience managing complex international supply chain setups
• Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
• High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve end-to-end O2C and export processes across markets
• Coordinate transport planning, shipment execution, and export compliance
• Oversee invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims
• Support credit risk, dunning activities, and process improvements
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives using data insights
