Job summary

Mondi Group seeks a Global Learning Transformation Lead to redefine Mondi’s global learning landscape. You will shape learning as a strategic enabler and partner with senior leaders to drive capability development and organizational transformation.

You will own end-to-end learning experiences, lead learning operations and partnerships, and drive metrics to demonstrate business impact across Mondi’s international footprint.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in learning and programme management.
• At least 5 years leading a learning and development function.
• Experience driving learning transformation in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Mondi’s global learning transformation strategy.
• Evolve Mondi Academy into a scalable, digital-first learning ecosystem.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
• Design and manage signature learning courses globally.
• Partner with leaders to translate skills gaps into learning solutions.
