Umdasch Group in Vienna seeks a Global Change Manager for OneERP. You own organizational change enablement across the OneERP transformation, ensuring leaders, employees and affected groups adopt harmonized processes, new roles, and the future ERP landscape.

As part of Global People Development, you partner with program leadership, drive readiness and communication, build change networks, and measure adoption.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven change management experience in ERP or large-scale transformation.
• Experience with international transformations across multiple countries and functions.
• Strong knowledge of established methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter.
• Very good understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP interactions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Academic background in business, organizational development or related fields; English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the change strategy for OneERP aligned with roadmap and governance.
• Drive readiness, impact analyses and concrete, tracked actions.
• Advise program leadership on employee-related change questions and stakeholder situations.
• Create clear messages and target-group communication with local adaptation options.
• Build change networks and communities for local feedback and adoption insights.
• Coordinate with training, readiness and go-live to ensure equipped employees.
• Measure adoption, manage risks and implement countermeasures.
• Support stabilization after go-live and embed new ways of working.
