Job summary

Mondi Group seeks a Global Learning Transformation Lead to redefine Mondi’s global learning landscape. You will shape learning as a strategic enabler and partner with senior leaders to drive capability development and organizational transformation.

You will own end-to-end learning experiences, lead learning operations and partnerships, and drive metrics to demonstrate business impact across Mondi’s international footprint.

Role Summary

As Global Learning Transformation Lead,you'llplay a pivotal role in transforming Mondi's global learning landscape.

This is far more than a traditional Learning & Development position.You'lllead the evolution of our learning ecosystem, ensuring learning becomes a strategic business enabler that develops critical capabilities, supports organisationaltransformationand creates exceptional employee learning experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Talent &D&I, working closely with senior business leaders, HR, Talent andFunctional Academies,you'llhelp shape how learning, skills, leadershipdevelopmentand career architecture come together to prepare Mondi for the future.

Your Mission:

• Defineand deliver Mondi's global learning transformation strategy aligned with our People Strategy.

• Evolve Mondi Academy into a modern,scalableand digital-first learning ecosystem.

• Champion a culture of continuous learning, capabilitybuildingand innovation across theorganisation.

• Design, continuously improve andprogrammemanage our signaturelearning courses globally

• Shape Mondi's skills agenda by connecting learning with Job Architecture, careerpathwaysand future capability needs.

• Partner with business leaders toidentifycritical skills gaps and translate them into impactful learning solutionsaligned with our 70/20/10 model.

• Ensure leadership, expert and functional developmentprogrammessupport long-term business priorities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on learning,talentandorganisationalcapability.

• Build strong partnerships across HR, FunctionalAcademiesand the business to embed learning into everyday performance.

• Drive collaboration andbest-practicesharing across Mondi's global learning community.

• Own the end-to-end global learning experience, ensuring high-quality, engaging and business-relevantprogrammes.

• Lead Mondi'slearning operationsdevelopment, externalpartnershipsand learning technologies.

• Support the ongoing HR transformation agenda, including the integration of learning within the broader digital people ecosystem(LMSSuccessfactors).

• Define success measures thatdemonstratebusiness value andorganisationalimpact.

• Use learning analytics, skills data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improveprogrammesand inform future priorities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning andprogrammemanagementroles with increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years leading a learning and development function

• Demonstrated experience driving learning transformation, capabilitybuildingororganisationalchange within a complex internationalorganisation.

• Experience designing and implementing global learning strategies, leadership developmentprogrammesand learning ecosystems, preferablywithin a lean manufacturing/IWS environment.

• Strong understanding of skills frameworks, capabilitydevelopmentand the evolving future of work.

• Experience working with modern learning technologies, digital learningplatformsand Learning Management Systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.

• Strong project andprogrammemanagement capabilities, with experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.

• Excellent communication,facilitationand presentation skills.

• Experience working in an HR leadership role in publicly listed company (PLC) ideally London-listed

• Sound knowledge of union/employee relations

• Willingness to travelapproximately 20–40% across Europe.
