ProChema GmbH invites an experienced Sales Support professional to bolster field sales across France and the DACH region. You will manage master data, prepare offers, process orders and coordinate with product managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifikationen

• You have a university degree (Bachelor’s) or completed Matura with relevant professional experience.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales organization and work with all stakeholder levels.
• You are fluent in French, German and English and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• You support field sales in France and the DACH region with system entries, master data and operational tasks.
• You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, coordinating with Product Managers and Field Sales.
• You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.
• You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system.
• You handle post-sales activities, including logistics coordination and addressing changes, delays, or overdue payments.
• You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities.
• You follow up our product sample process.
• You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally.
