Job summary

AFRY is seeking a Global Sales Manager Segment Hydro to lead sales across the hydro service portfolio, driving strategic, cross-regional opportunities and building senior‑level client relationships worldwide. You will promote Hydro’s global capabilities, collaborate with regional and global teams, and contribute to the execution of the commercial strategy in close cooperation with the Segment Head and Directors.

Fluency in English is required, travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• Significant international B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex international sales opportunities including negotiations.
• Willingness to travel internationally and experience in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across the full Hydro service portfolio, with a focus on strategic, global and cross-regional opportunities.
• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities with Regional Directors and operational teams.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key strategic clients.
• Promote Hydro’s global capabilities and foster collaboration across regions.
• Contribute to the execution of Hydro’s commercial strategy in close cooperation with the Segment Head and Regional Directors.
• Provide market and client insights to support commercial priorities and business development activities.
